BASF to raise amine prices in the US

Charlotte, North Carolina-With effect from 1 April, or as contracts allow, BASF will raise prices in the United States for its amine intermediate chemicals, some of which find application in the polyurethanes sector. According to a 7 March statement, the increases are as follows:Material Price increaseDMAPA (Dimethylaminopropylamine) $0.10 per pound off-listAEEA (Aminoethylethanolamine) $0.08 per pound off-listEDA (Ethylenediamine) $0.08 per pound off-listDMEOA (Dimethylethanolamine) $0.15 per pound list and off-listMDEOA (Methyldiethanolamine) $0.08 per pound list and off-listDEEA (Diethylethanolamine) $0.08 per pound list and off-listTEA (Triethylamine) $0.05 per pound off-listDEA (Diethylamine) $0.05 per pound off-listMnBA (monoButylamine) $0.06 per pound off-listDnBA (Dibutylamine) $0.06 per pound off-listTnBA (Tributylamine) $0.06 per pound off-listPyrrolidine $0.25 per pound off-listDTDA (Ditridecylamine) $0.15 per pound list and off-listDMIPA (Dimethylisopropylamine) $0.10 per pound off-list”
