Wolfhausen, Switzerland – FoamPartner has reorganised its senior management following its purchase of Otto Bock in the second half of 2017.
The new organisation is designed around a five-person Management Committee which will support CEO, Michael Riedel. This is divided into three business heads for regions: Gregor Gaisbock, Europe; Victor Liu, Asia-Pacific and Olaf Vorwald, Americas. Tobias Gruener will be head of global operations and Erhard Buhler CFO.
The regional heads are in charge of sales in the regions and have regional profit and loss responsibility.
The management committee is supported by a seven-person team with five global business unit heads: Michael Krause, specialties; Klaus Hellmold, Automotive Rolls; Kay Kosar, acoustic & thermal; Rita Kollbrunner, living & Care and Martin Gerstenberg, systems. Heribert Perler, head of foam development & product engineering and Jens Hasenjager head of safety, health, environment and quality complete the line up.
Riedel said: ‘We will strive to realise the significant growth potential across all regions – in the Americas and Asia Pacific in particular. Over the next 18 months we will include all stakeholders in a change process. We remain focused on our customers and on offering them an increased range of services.’
Riedel added that Jurgen Henze, former CEO of Otto Bock will continue as an advisor.
