Maastricht, the Netherlands – Ukraine-based polyurethane machinery maker OSV Technology announced the opening of a new technical centre in Lithuania.
Speaking to UTECH-polyurethane.com on the sidelines of UTECH Europe 2015, the company’s Yuriy Shafran said it was an important development for the company as it meant it could now serve eastern and western European markets.
Shafran said the company, OSV Europa Technology, would be able to offer the same range as its Ukraine arm, adding that the company was now able to supply “modern versions of machines that have been used in the market for five years which represent a new brand of machines for MDI/TDI elastomers.”
“We are growing up. We have been in the Ukraine for nine years and now we are in Europe too.” He added that the new technical centre meant the company could create new business to replace that lost in Russia due to the political problems.
