London-Zachem, Poland’s only polyol producer could be privatised in the near future, according to a report from Interfax, the Russian news agency.
The move is part of a programme to restructure the country’s heavy chemical sector, which would see Zachem being grouped with several other chemical concerns in Nafta Polska, the Polish Treasury Ministry unit that oversees the sales and restructuring of the country’s chemical- and fuel-sector assets, the report says.
