Watertown, Wisconsin-A TDI (toluene diisocyanate) spill here has caused the evacuation of about 30 local residents from 21 homes, according to a local report. The spill, which totalled about 1000 gallons (over 3800 litres), resulted from a faulty unloading valve at the site run by Reiss Industry, a local furniture maker, the report continued.
Four people were treated for minor injuries, the report added.
