Zionsville, Indiana – Remco Products is working with Canadian manufacturing company Top Dog to supply a range of food-safe aprons, gowns and sleeves made from polyether polyurethane.
The die-cut, colour-coded worker protection gear has no seams that might come loose. It also lacks crevices in which bacteria might accumulate. Cleaning the aprons as normal laundry enables them to be re-used for about three months.
The aprons are impervious to many chemicals, said Remco. They can be used in hot or cold environments without cracking or stiffening, the company added.
