Andover, Massachusetts – ICP Construction has introduced a new range of insulating polyurethane foam sealants under its FixALL brand.
The sealant products are designed for window, door, multipurpose and fire-blocking applications, and the company claims they will give cost savings in use.
The high density closed-cell foam sealants are both moisture and mould resistant, and are designed to create a tight barrier against air infiltration, heat loss, noise and water.
The company claims that, compared to standard sealants, the FixALL products offer good adhesion and expansion characteristics, giving a complete and permanent airtight seal. The product for door and window applications has a low-pressure build, and expands to seal and insulate without bowing.
The foam sealants are sold in 12-ounce and 24-ounce (354 ml and 709 ml) containers, and a dispenser that improves control over bead size is available for the larger packs. The sealants are available through FixALL’s authorised retailers.
