Alexandria, Virginia – The International Sleep Products Association has added Scott Tinsley to its board of trustees. Tinsley is vice-president of sales at mattress manufacturer Serta International.
“I am honoured and humbled to have been selected by Serta to represent our company as a trustee on the ISPA Board,” Tinsley said. “ISPA does great work supporting our industry and has done so for many years. I look forward to working with our ISPA team leaders, our board members and many other industry professionals who represent some of the finest manufacturers and suppliers in our business.”
In addition, there are four new committee members at ISPA’s consumer education group, the Better Sleep Council. These are Guy Eckert, executive vice president at Outlast Technologies; Jill Farnsworth Bibo, vice president of retail sales at McRoskey Mattress Company; Kenny Parrish, country manager at Devan US; and Susan Mathes, vice president of brand relations at Therapedic International.
ISPA’s Sleep Products Safety Committee has a new member, too. Roxanne Wimberly is director of compliance at Innocor. Finally, Tim Meade, marketing director at Milliken & Co, has joined its Statistics Committee.
“I thank our new trustee and committee members for volunteering their time, talents and energy to these positions,” said ISPA president Ryan Trainer. “Their leadership, industry knowledge, insights and creativity drives the important services that ISPA provides our members. I look forward to working with them all in the coming year and beyond.”
